Our 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order of Prosta Peak is backed by a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 180 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email support@renewproducts.zendesk.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
2. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
3. Return any unused product (we'll provide the return address).
4. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

What's Covered

• Used and unused bottles within the 180-day window
• Both single bottles and multi-bottle packages
• Refunds back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.)

What's Not Covered

• Requests made more than 180 days after the original purchase date
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (we cannot verify authenticity)
• Original shipping fees, where applicable

Processing Times

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned product. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Most customers see the refund within 7–14 days from when we process it.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at our expense.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard refund policy.
